One large room available in a spacious house

Hiya! We have one large room with a double bed available in a spacious house in between Swansea city centre and uplands. We are currently one student and one professional. There is a shared kitchen and living room.

We are both sociable and enjoying cooking, surfing, paddleboarding, hiking, climbing and dancing. We have a hammock we like to set up and the beach for reading in the sun, beach bbqs and art.

We also have a pet cat 😊
