Description
Group of 3 young professionals/masters students (women aged 23-26) looking for a 4th person to join their house in Uplands. Able to move in on the 17th of June/July/August (the girl who is leaving is flexible).
We are all very clean and tidy, enjoy cooking and chatting in the evenings, but respectful that some people like their own time too and may need to focus on work/studying. Hoping through the summer to spend lots of time outside exploring Swansea, and the occasional trip to a beer garden or cocktail bar wouldn’t be bad either!
The house is a 4 bed in Uplands, really lovely kitchen with lots of space. £437 per month including council tax, and bills are paid separately for approx £110 per month (water, gas, electricity, wifi, tv license).
