A double room in a shared 2 bed flat in the Marina.
The balcony has a sea view and the flat is less than 2 minutes walk to the sea. It is a 10 minute walk into the center of town.

The bedroom comes with a wardrobe, shelves and some drawers (the broken drawers pictured will be moved out). The living room/kitchen is spacious and open plan.
The tv in the living room is mine but we can share. I have an en-suite so the bathroom would be yours to use alone.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and has only stairs, no lift.
Parking - there is one main space per flat but we also have a permit so there is room for 2 cars to park if you have one too.

All together bills + rent is about £700

I am looking for preferably a female young professional so we both feel comfortable and at home in our shared space. If you can’t tell, I like plants!
