Studio Flat

Hi,
I am looking for a student to take over my studio room in a 10 bed flat in seren student accommodation. I will be moving back home, I need someone to take over because the contract has already been signed and can’t be rescinded . Don’t worry about the deposit, I’ve got that sorted and you don’t have to pay me back.

The room is in perfect condition and will be professionally cleaned by the accomodation. It’s a really quiet flat with very respectful and tidy flatmates (in regard to the communal kitchen and space). Kindly reach out to me if interested or have any questions. Thank you :)
