Friendly house share

1 double bedroom going in a friendly LGBTQ+ household! The room is ready from the 1st of September. It’s a lovely 4 bedroom home and living here will be myself: I own the house and am a graduate Med Student here in Swansea, I love music have a range of different instruments in the house and am vegan. The other housemates are another grad med student and a professional, both really friendly and into various hobbies such as music, bouldering and surfing. The cosy, homely feel of the house is something I want to continue and want those who move in to feel really at home. There’s a garden to hang out in and a great sized kitchen and living room as well.
It is a queer household so openness to the LGBTQ+ community is a must and veggie and vegan also preferred, but not essential.
Bills are approx £60-70 per month per person. Council tax would be split between any professionals in the house, band D.
