The house is eco friendly, organic teabag, and trying to be plastic free. Owner is retired lecturer and Air BnB superhost. The place is quiet, super clean, warm and quirky. There is one room available: a comfy single bed, large sofa and desk. Shared, well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, shared dining room, TV free zone. One upstairs shared bathroom (bath, toilet, shower) one shared downstairs washroom. Super fast WiFi. One really friendly cat called Billy. Stones throw from beach, parks, university, hospital and shops. Quiet location, well situated for local shops, bars, parks, beach, Mumbles and Gower. Covered, secure bike storage.
