Looking for another student to take over my furnished room from September until June 30th, 2025. The rent is £428 a month plus bills. The house is in a great location, just a 12-minute walk to Singleton Campus, walking distance to Uplands, and close to the bus route to Bay Campus and the railway station.
The house is currently home to 5 girls, a mix of undergrad and postgrad students at Singleton Campus.
The property is currently undergoing renovation, so more pictures will be available soon. I've attached examples of similar renovations done by the same agency, and we're expecting the results to be really similar.
