One bedroom is very large with the ability to have a sofa in it. All bedrooms are fully furnished, with double sized bed frames and mattresses, desks and chairs, storage for clothing.

The rest of the house is fully furnished too. Kitchen has very modern and the best energy efficient A++(+) appliances (e. g. fridge, washing machine, heat-pump tumble dryer etc.). The bathroom has recently been renovated, as well as work been done to the garden. Living contains expensive furniture such as leather La-Z-Boy style couch with retractable footrests, Heavy solid oak 6-seater dining table, flat screen TV etc.

Looking for neat, tidy, clean people, who are not huge party clubbing type people. But more like pubs, bars, pub quizzes kind of people. Currently it's myself and one other person, I've finished my PhD and am working professionally, the other person is finishing his PhD with approximately 3-4 months left to go. We are into exercise and sport (triathlon, mountain biking, paddle boarding etc.)
