I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Crown Place, Swansea
The room is available from now until 14 July. The weekly rent is £164 which includes all bills and use of all facilities
You must be a university student to live here
If you have not looked on Crown Place website you will be able to see all the amenities Crown Place has, included on site gym, cinema room etc
Room sizes vary from 11.3m2 to 14.4m2 4ft x 6ft bed En-suite bathroom with shower and WC Full-length mirror Pinboard Study Desk with drawer space and chair Wardrobe. Shared kitchen - Depending on the size of the flat you will share, you will have the following - Two or three tall fridge freezers - A Dishwasher - Two 4 ring hobs - At least one oven and one combination microwave oven - A wall cupboard for each student - An under counter cupboard for all students - Bin for the kitchen - A Vacuum cleaner - An Iron and Ironing board - Mop and dustpan and brush. Access to all on-site facilities.
