Large double bedroom to let - student house

So unfortunately due to a massive change of circumstance, I’m going to have to give up my room and fill my place in a house share for this academic year. £460/month or paid termly.

There are also 2 other bedrooms for let, so if is group of 2/3 are interested, I could get you in contact with the landlord, so let me know.

I would absolutely love to stay, the house is great, it’s a 7 bedroom across 3 floors, with a nice living room, and a proper nice garden with access, so if you have a bike/motorbike that could work.
Is also very close to singleton campus, not far from the city centre too, there is also a shop just around the corner.
The postcode is sa20ah.
All the bills are done through unihomes, this includes 1000mbs internet, fastest internet I have ever had.

My room is on the bottom floor, it’s a very nice sized double bedroom, next to the living room, kitchen, and garden. It was my personal favourite. 2 toilets and a shower just up the stairs plus ya shower next to the bedroom.
I’m willing for the landlord to keep the deposit to, so the deposit will be £0. Just replace me and keep the deposit next year 🤣

The plan was for 5 of us to move in, they’re a proper good group of lads, they lived together last year and all get on very well, I want to find someone who would proper get on with them, with similar interests ect. I think they would get on best with a male 🙂
