About Us:
We're a friendly couple in our mid-20s, living in the St Thomas area of Swansea. Both of us work full-time in hybrid roles, with some days spent in the office and others working from home. In our free time, we're passionate about various sports and outdoor activities. We also regularly dog-sit for our parents, so our home often has the company of a friendly 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel or a 10-year-old Cockapoo.

About the House:
Our home is located in St Thomas, just a 10-minute walk from Swansea city centre, the marina, and Parc Tawe, offering easy access to shops and restaurants. The house was completely refurbished two years ago and feels like a brand-new build inside.

The room, which is available from 1st January 2025, is a double, furnished with a chest of drawers, a clothes rail, a double bed, a TV, and a desk—perfect for working from home. Lodgers are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen and the attached TV area. We also have a newly landscaped garden with an outdoor dining space, ideal for the rare sunny days in Swansea. Additionally, there's ample unrestricted parking available on our street.
