Hi, my name is Faisal and I'm an Engineer. I'm looking for somebody interested in renting the master bedroom in my home with access to their own private bathroom.

The house is a 3-bedroom town-house (3 stories) and I'm living in one of the bedrooms and willl be renting out the second bedroom. The third bedroom is small and is going to only be used as my personal office space. So there's only me!

The property has been renovated to an extremely high standard and is really modern and cosy. I'm currently doing some additional light renovations and refurnishing so the room will be available around the 1st October 2024. I'll upload photos as the renovation comes closer to completion but I have plenty of photos of the house unfurnished.

I'm looking for somebody who is really clean and takes a "clean-as-you-go" approach (super important). Also, somebody who's generally easy going and doesn't mind a small chat here and there (I'm super busy anyway so I won't be bothering you much anyway!). Ideally a viewing is necessary (can be virtual) so that I can meet you and show you the property and make sure that you'd gel well. Students & professionals both welcome so long as they're mature. Nobody who's loud at night please.

In terms of facilities which are all inclusive and available to you:

- Weekly cleaning for communal areas ONLY (but cleaner will not do everything and cleaning as you go still expected)

- Use of 65" QLED TV in Living Room. Note: TV Licence is NOT included since I don't watch content which requires it. If you need this it will be at your own expense.
