Lovely double bedroom close to town center

We have a lovely double sized room available now. Everything in room is pretty much brand new. Kitchen space is allocated and we have just had new kitchen and vinyl flooring. Bathroom is also brand new with new vinyl flooring. All bills are included and we will have a bi-weekly cleaner. We do have a small dog called Max living with us, he is super friendly and 17 years old now so sleeps most of the time. I myself have just turned 30, my friend lives at property he is 28 and we have another tenant who isnt around much.
