27 burrows road 1 room for rent

I am not returning to uni this year and so will not be moving into this room, as a result I need a replacement for the year. It is a 6 bed house with 2 shared bathrooms and a shared kitchen and living room. The room is fully furnished with a double bed. You will be sharing the house with 5 other students in their last years of uni (3 boys, 2 girls). Potential flatmates are preferred to be students who can keep their own space clean as well as the shared communal spaces and generally not make any mess. As they are in their last years they would also prefer that the potential tenant can be respectful when it comes to noise (time and place for obviously) e. g. not playing loud music or shouting into the early morning hours (1am, 2am etc). The room is £81 per week or £340 per month as well as a £340 security damage deposit that you will get back at the end of the year provided no damages needed to be paid off. Bills are not included however the current tenants sorted something out before moving in so it comes out to around £40-£50 a month. The room in question is room 6.
