I’m offering a spacious king-size room in my beautiful, modern apartment with sea views from both the bedroom and living room. My apartment is ideally located next to a university campus and only a 5 minute walk from the town centre.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with myself and a well-behaved lovely little Chihuahua, so it’s important to me that you enjoy living with pets. The room is fully furnished with lots of storage and towels provided, and includes a private bathroom with a bath.
The shared south facing living room is bright and filled with beautiful plants, my kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality facilities. It also stays quite warm inside throughout the winter.
You’ll also have access to a shared balcony with lovely sea views, a great spot to relax.

The apartment building has a lift, private parking, and is perfectly suited for someone who enjoys a modern, peaceful and tranquil home. As for me, I’m a self-employed female who enjoys spending time at home but often works away, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and space to yourself.
Currently only allowing a maximum of 3 months but happy to extend in the right circumstances.
