5 Bed Student House Looking for 1 Housemate

A student dropped out of the house so looking for a replacement student. Bedroom is at front of the house with a desk, wardrobe, bed and drawers provided along with a basic desk chair. Rent is £315 per month (not including bills) with a helpful landlord who lives nearby. Available to rent up until the end of July 2025. There are two bathrooms shared between the 5 bedrooms, the larger bathroom typically used by 3 of the housemates. There is a large kitchen in the lower basement level adjoined to the shared lounge space. Adjoined to the kitchen is a small utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer and the utility room leads out into the back garden.
