Tenancy takeover

Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a shared 4 bed house on King Edward’s Road, Swansea. There is currently a room available to move in ASAP

We have 2 showers & toilets between 4, a spacious living room, dishwasher, tumble drier, washing machine and private parking. I've attached the professional photos plus videos/ photos we've taken ourselves. The room on offer is beautiful with a fire place, plenty of storage and fully furnished. Currently we are 4 girls studying the LLB Law at Swansea university. We enjoy going out occasionally but also love little trips as a house .

The rent is £485 per calendar month and the deposit is therefore also £485. Not including bills but this year we managed to get a good deal and so all in all came to around £575 (£143 a week) which I think is an amazing deal for a 4 bed with all of these perks! The bills are also unlimited so that means unlimited gas, electricity, fast speed WiFi and water. The house has CCTV cameras front and back for added security and we have access to this at all times! This means our house is always warm and cosy and there are 0 worries about any bills. Our landlord is a local landlord, a lovely kind person who has helped us with anything! In fact one of the girls light switches broke one time and he was around within 1.5 hours to sort it out! This house is truly amazing !! We have 1 room available message me if interested ( a girl is preferred for this tenancy )

Note : although bills are covered separately with a good deal that we have with split the bills , Council tax is covered.
