Double room available to suit someone who works or studies within a commutable distance. Full time or Monday to Friday let available.

The double room is furnished with double bed, desk / dressing table, small wardrobe, and TV. Bathroom, kitchen, living and dining rooms are all shared. The street is quiet and neighbourly with an excellent Indian takeaway at the bottom of the road.

I am an MA student, a community worker and musician. The house is a mile from the beach, 10 mins walk to Swansea Train Station. The link road to M4 is within 3 mins driving, and bus stops are less than a 5 minute walk away.
