Student Roost Studio Room Accommodation, Swansea

Looking for somebody to take over my studio room tenancy at Student Roost Swansea SA12DN until August.

This is a student accommodation with many on-site amenities, including a 24/7 gym, a cinema room, a games room (PS5, ping-pong, pool table), multiple study areas, nearby parking, multiple laundry facilities, and only a short walk to Parc Tawe, a retail park that contains many supermarkets, shops, etc. The accommodation is also situated only a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre and Wind Street and also has 2 bus stops directly outside with direct routes to the Singleton and Bay campuses.

As a studio room, the flat contains its own kitchen area, study area, and bathroom, meaning you will not have to share with other students. The accommodation is also quiet at all times; therefore, you will not be disturbed.

As mentioned, the price per week is £242 and is non negotiable; however, due to the low chance of somebody taking over this late, I am willing to give the new tenant some of my own money to cover the first few weeks.
