Hey there!

I’m Theo Doru, a considerate and tidy working professional in my late 30s, looking for a like-minded person to share a cosy house in Brynhyfryd, Swansea. Happy to socialise or keep to myself, I'm easy and will follow your lead. My current housemate is moving out in June, so you’d be taking over their spot.

There’s street parking available for residents, but if you don’t drive, no worries, three different bus lines stop just a few minutes’ walk away and can take you straight to the train station or the Quadrant! There's a spacious shared living room, kitchen with fridge-freezer, washer-dryer combo, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, and the bathroom are all on the ground floor, bedrooms are upstairs, oh, and there’s a garden too! The spare bedroom is partly furnished, there's a double bed and bedside cabinets in there, you'll probably want to get a few more bits of furniture to make it your own, or if you want to bring all your own stuff that’s alright too. There's a third bedroom that works as a walk-in wardrobe, home office, and all-purpose storage unit. Better in person, get in touch to arrange a viewing.

Rent is £425 a month each, deposit is a month’s rent, plus bills ongoing, on top of that, at about £150 council tax band B, £50 for water, £60 for Sky stream and broadband, gas and electric vary from month to month depending on usage and season, we'd need to cover bills between the two of us.
