The move in date is 1st June 2025 and my tenancy contract ends on the 31st August/1st September 2025. Essentially, ideal location right next to the station as its high rise on the 7th floor overlooking the entire city. Due to the urgency and circumstances around my departure, I have also applied a massive discount rate on the weekly rent to make it as cheap as possible to anyone looking to stay here as usually a studio flat in a 10 bed studio is 170/week
