Seren Student Accomodation Studio Tenancy Takeover

2025/2026 from 06/09/2025 to 28/08/2026. (51 week stay) Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy for the Seren Studio Student accommodation as i do not plan on living here anymore, if you're a student and are looking for world class accomodation for the 2025/2026 academic year for a low low price it would be greatly appreciated if you could help a brother out.

this is the accomodation in more detail its the 'Sky view Studio 10 bed cluster' at the Seren Student accommodation in central swansea. There are many amenities included in the rent such as all utility bills (electricity, water, wifi etc.) there is also a gym in the building you can use for no additional charge as well as many social spaces such as karaoke room, shared study spaces. an outdoor courtyard with weird looking bubble things. It's a studio so you have your own kitchen and en suite and theres also a large shared space/kitchen that you and 9 others can share if you so desire and are feeling social.
