Double room in 2 bed flat in Marina for student

I'm a student studying Animation at University of Wales Trinity Saint David. My current housemate will move out in August, so I am looking for another student to fill the room while I finish my final year.

The flat is fairly small, but it is comfortable. It's right next to the docks in the Marina, and is convieniently close to the coast, the uni and Sainsbury's. The area is typically very quiet and peaceful. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but it has a lift as well as an underground parking space.

The room has a king sized double bed and 2 large wardrobes. It has a window and dark curtains to block out light if you want. The internet router is also located in the room, so there's fast wi-fi. It didn't come with a desk originally, but my current housemate has since bought one is willing to make a deal to leave behind the desk for you to use.

The living room is relatively spacious and has 2 couches, a dining table, and a TV (license not included).

The bathroom is shared and has a shower + bath.

Kitchen Utilities:
- Washing machine (no dryer but there is small balcony to dry clothes)
- Fridge & Freezer (under the countertop, so not a huge amount of space)
- Oven (old and slightly broken, but still works)
