Rooms to rent in shared house for students Uplands

I have 3 rooms to rent in a 3 bed ground floor flat in Uplands for upcoming student year.

The flat is in a large Victorian house converted into 3 flats. The flat with the rooms is on the ground floor with direct access to the shared garden.

The property is around a 5 minute walk to get into Uplands, with all the shops, bars and take away places.

There is also a main bus route less than 5 minute walk from property, that will get into the center of Swansea in no time.

Each room is a double. There is shared lounge, and kitchen and two shower rooms, with one containing a WC.
