Hi! I have a room available in a 10-bedroom house in Brynmill. My flatmates and I have already signed the contract.

Rent: £167 per week / £650 per month
I know it's on the pricier side, but the house is modern and will be freshly redecorated before we move in—new paint, carpets, etc.
