Spacious studio at Crown Place at discounted rate!

This is a fantastic studio accommodation at Crown Place (private waterfront student accommodation), with a view of the river from two big windows which let in lots of nice light. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need. The wifi is super fast, and the bathroom has a full sized mirror (as does the large two door wardrobe), and a big shower, with a sliding glass door.

A big Sainsbury's store is a very short walk over the bridge from the building, making food shopping extremely easy and convenient. A bus stop is located 30 seconds walk from the building entrance, which the university buses use (as well as the normal bus services). Cycling to university is also very convenient, and there is a substantial secure, underground bike storage area which is free to use for residents. Also under the building is a car park for residents to use (you have to talk to the reception to arrange a space). The Sainsbury's also has a large car park, which you are able to use to park (you pay online using JustPark for stays over 3 hours).
As a resident, you get a free membership to the building's gym, as well as access to a gaming room, cinema room, karaoke room, private dining area (which you can book for private use), and games area with a pool table and table tennis table. There is also a large study area with a printer, with lots of study booths and places to work, and/or relax (there are board games available to anyone).

The reason for listing this studio is that I am sadly no longer able to continue at university next year due to personal reasons. The staff at Crown Place told me to create a listing on this site (so it is fully endorsed by them). I had rebooked, which meant I was able to secure a reduced rate (it was £197 for me initially, down to £180 for next year). This means that you would be paying significantly less than the price through the Crown Place website. I believe that £180 a week is also probably the cheapest rent for any studio across the city's student accommodations!
