Replacement tenant needed - Brynmill SA1

The accommodation is a modern refurbished apartment with high ceilings and comes with a large flatscreen TV in every room. There is currently one tenant but looking for a replacement for my tenancy. You can expect to move in as soon as possible after paying the £550 deposit. There are no stairs except at the entrance in this apartment and there is a walled garden which is great for socialising, storing bikes etc. The current flatmate is a 3rd year biology student at Swansea University

No alcohol in the flat would be preferred..
