Large double bedroom with plenty of storage, in a centrally located house with amazing views. 10-15 mins walk away from the city centre or the train station.

You would be sharing with a professional female and two friendly cats. I work from home couple of days a week and am busy with projects at times, so ideally, you’d be considerate of that, have your own thing going on, and be looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax and recharge for whatever it is that you do. I travel from time to time as well so you’d have the place to yourself on those occasions.

Would best suit a postgrad student or a professional, preferably female, looking for something short-mid term, but this could potentially be extended for the right person. Rent is inclusive of all bills and broadband.
