Large double bedroom with plenty of storage, in a centrally located house with amazing views. 10-15 mins walk away from the city centre or the train station.

You would be sharing with a professional female and two friendly cats. I work from home couple of days a week and am busy with projects at times, so ideally, you’d be considerate of that, have your own thing going on, and be looking for a quiet, comfortable place to relax and recharge for whatever it is that you do. I travel from time to time as well so you’d have the place to yourself on those occasions.

Would best suit a postgrad student or a professional, preferably female, looking for something short-mid term, but this could potentially be extended for the right person. Rent is inclusive of all bills and broadband. Available from 15 September but can be flexible to match your circumstances.
