Double Room Sketty

House info:
Double room available in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom terrace house in Sketty, close to all amenities, shops, public transport links etc. 1.4km walk to Swansea Uni.

The house is comprised of a large kitchen/diner with dining table as well as a breakfast bar. There is a large living room at the front of the house, an office space, and a utility room with washer, dryer, dishwasher, and lots of storage cupboards/closets throughout the house! We also have a lovely outdoor space with a large decking and garden furniture, lawn & garden, large shed, and an out-house for extra storage! Bathroom is as pictured, shower over bath with a good amount of storage under sink and a larder to the side.

We have a double room available, is currently furnished but can be available unfurnished if needed. There is a built-in closet with rails and shelves, and a large bay window which is south-facing, so you should get the most sunlight in the whole house! 🌞 The pictures attached are of the room however there is now carpet in the room and one wall has a paisley print wallpaper (can send mor pictures of room, but we've just moved in so boxes everywhere currently!)

Current housemates:
Both female professionals, into art, performance, writing/journalling, music, film, cooking, ocean dips, surfing, foraging, nature and more 🍄‍🟫🏞️🌱 we are both social and outgoing but also enjoy down time and a peaceful living space to recharge. We also both have quite busy schedules so there's a good chance you'll have the house all to yourself every now and then!
