Great location in the city centre - directly across from the train station and a buss stop with buses to both Swansea Uni campuses. Accommodation has many on site facilities, such as a gym, study rooms, shops and more (room also includes TV!).
Takeover is an official, secure process through Seren, but much cheaper than booking online - DEPOSIT AND SEPTEMBER RENT ALREADY PAID!
The room will be available from 6th September 2025 to 10th July 2026 at £155 per week, all bills included.
