Close to the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, the city centre and within easy reach of the Swansea University campuses, this smart and fully furnished house is ideally set up for students.

All the rooms contain a bed with mattress and mattress protector, wardrobe, desk with chair, side table. Some rooms also have a mirror and extra storage such as built in cupboards or bookcases. You will also have your own designated space in the kitchen with two cupboards, one shelf and your own fridge/freezer.

Home-owner guarantor is required for all students.

There is plenty of on-street parking and you are always assured of a space in the dedicated resident parking bays. A permit can be applied for through the council free of charge.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms, a communal kitchen with white goods provided including a washer/dryer, a communal living room with Smart TV, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and one separate toilet, as well as a rear garden with BBQ and washing line.

The area is a mix of student rented properties and residential home owners, it is served by a bus service with a bus stop around the corner. There are 2 convenience stores within easy reach which are a couple of minutes walk from the house and a Tesco supermarket 1 mile away.
