House itself has a lot of space, a nice little garden that gets the sun all day - well looked after by myself. House is fully furnished but happy to share if you have your own as there is a lot of space. Shower is very good, powerful to use etc

I'm preferably looking for a either professional or student but happy to meet anyone interested in a viewing. I'm easy to get along with and reliable if you need anything to make things a little easier. My job is banking and financial services but I also have a lot of different hobbies and like to read and a good chat once in a while.

I have another lodger in the front room. He works early mornings and is very sociable and friendly.
