Spacious House in Uplands - All Welcome

House comes with broadband included and very good signal anywhere in the property. Empty parking space that's always available. It's very quiet and yet you are close to some really nice places in Uplands - 20 mins to Swansea University or city centre and two of the nicest parks if you're into that and good transport links.

If you like your own space then this would be ideal as there are a lot of shared areas to chose from and use. Garden gets the sun all day and is well looked after. Also there's an en-suit bathroom from your room and a shower room downstairs. House is fully furnished with new mattress and new bed, comes with under bed storage and there is an attic room if you need extra space or a place to work that has a desk in it. House comes with the usual things including washing machine, fridge freezer again with plenty of free space. You can see the rest in the images but viewing is recommended.

What I'm looking for:
I'd be happy to share this lovely house with the right person and preferably looking for a professional or student but I'm flexible as long as you are respectful of others space, but I'm easy to get along with and reliable if you need anything. I work in complaints for Aviva and have a lot of different interests, gym, reading, film, eating out and travelling.
