Room in shared 2 bed furnished house

My current house mate has bought a house and is moving out so am looking for someone to fill her room, it is a nice chilled household in an area that has a bus going directly to the train station and the bus station/town straight from outside the house, it also goes directly to Morriston hospital

The property is furnished already as I'm living here, and there will be a bed/ Emma mattress and bedside table etc in your room for you

washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bathroom units, etc is already in available for you to use

Rent is £362.50 per month, and bills come to around £150 so total would be about £515 all in, including rent, council tax, gas and electric, WiFi, water

The letting agents are super helpful with anything that needs fixing etc in the house, we don't have direct contact with the landlord only the letting agent which I've found is much nicer and more productive!

I work from home prodominantly but from my room, it's a nice quiet household I'm very chilled and happy in my own space but also happy to socialise in the living room etc every now and again

I'm 27, love books so there's a lot around the house! But happy to have anything you want around the house

There's a little shop just a couple minutes walk down the road as well, or further along into morriston you've got the big shops

Room is available from around the 5th/6th December but we can be a little flexible
