Room in shared 2 bed house partially furnished

My current house mate has bought a house and is moving out so am looking for someone to fill her room, it is a nice chilled household in an area that has a bus going directly to the train station and the bus station/town straight from outside the house, it also goes directly to Morriston hospital

The property will all be fully furnished apart from the bedroom, but I'm happy to help you find things for that we got our stuff on market place second hand super easy and cheap, but washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, bathroom units, etc is already in available for you to use

Rent is £362.50 per month, and bills come to around £150 so total would be about £515 all in, including rent, council tax, gas and electric, WiFi, water

The letting agents are super helpful with anything that needs fixing etc in the house, we don't have direct contact with the landlord only the letting agent which I've found is much nicer and more productive!

I work from home prodominantly but from my room, it's a nice quiet household I'm very chilled and happy in my own space but also happy to socialise in the living room etc every now and again

I'm 27, love books so there's a lot around the house! But happy to have anything you want around the house

There's a little shop just a couple minutes walk down the road as well, or further along into morriston you've got the big shops

Room is available from around the 10th/11th December but we can be a little flexible
