About 6 mins walk to the Bus Station, and there’s a bus stop outside the house with direct buses to Singleton Campus

There’s cleaners who come once a month to clean the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, etc.), so it’s always tidy.

Rent: £370/month (excluding electricity)

Pillow, blanket, hairdryer are provided.

Move in: 1st January 2026
Lease until: 15th March 2026

Short-term or long-term stays are both welcome

Contract:
No formal tenancy transfer, but I’ve already spoken with the landlord and he’s fine with me finding someone to takeover my tenancy
