A double room available in a three bedroom flat in Brynmill. Great location! Great housemates! And really responsive landlord.

Preference for mature/post-graduate students. All girls household - both currently mature medical students.

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as a change in circumstances have meant I will be leaving.

Although looking for a take-over at the beginning of January, this can be negotiated to be earlier/later. Contract is ongoing until end of June.
