Young professional house - room available

We live on King Edward’s Road in Swansea in a young professionals house. We have a double room coming available 1st March if you are interested. We are all ranging from age 24-28 and work in NHS, Uni, etc. We love having films nights in the house and pub nights and are always down the beach in the summer. it’s a 6 bed house but we all work and rotate cleaning weeks and are very chilled. Let me know if you are interested! We have an even mix of boys of girls, and we have bike and surfboard storage in the garden. the rent is £300 a month all in with bills. It seems like too cheap to be true but the landlord just hasn’t put up the rent in years as long as we get people in ourselves ☺️
