Room in vegan house in Uplands

I have. a room in a spacious house with garden and beautiful sea views. There is a shared open plan kitchen-dining room-lounge and a large basement.
Indoor cycle storage and on street parking.

I'm an academic and politically active in the local community. I'm pretty quiet - will usually have jazz on the radio in the kitchen, and have people round to socialise once a week or so. I also occasionally put on house gigs, and barbecues.
I'm a vegan and I would need anyone living here to follow a vegan diet whilst inside the house.

The house is a couple of minutes from uplands center where there are bars, cafes and shops. It's a minute from a bus stop, and twenty minutes walk into town. Less then ten minutes from Singleton campus and near three very lovely parks. And ten minutes to the sea!
