I am offering 1 of my spare bedrooms to rent since my son has moved out, Located in Hafod, Swansea, On a main bus route and only a 5-10 min walk to swansea train station 15min walk to town

I am the only occupant of the property it is not an HMO

Must like cats as I have a male Norwegian Forest,
I like music its a big part of my life, as are Festivals and gigs,

Shared kitchen, Bathroom, Utilty room + living room if you dont mind watching what I watch on TV :) + Enclosed Garden too with fire pit.

1gb VM internet included which is also hard wired to the bedroom with a mesh network for full speed by ethernet and 400-500mb wirelessly.

Bills that are included is Gas, Electric and also includes both washing machine and tumble dryer use within reason

The room comes with all you see in the pictures or if you wish it can be empty

Rent to be paid weekly with 2 weeks in advance before you move in.
Lodgers agreement will need to be signed
A signed lodger agreement (licence) means you are an excluded occupier sharing accommodation with a live-in landlord,

Students and working professionals.
