ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price, so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, TV license, Netflix, unlimited access to HIGH-SPEED VIRGIN MEDIA 800mb broadband (WIFI) and a fortnightly cleaner in the communal areas.

The house has been NEWLY REFURBISHED, and the rooms have become available to rent for the first time in 2026. I have additional photos and a video tour of the available rooms, which I can forward to you via WhatsApp.

THE HOUSE has been completely newly refurbished, having been designed to create an inviting and functional home. It has had loads of insulation installed all over the house making it warm in the winter and cool in the summer. All rooms are much larger than those you would expect looking at similar properties, (please check dimensions!)

The KITCHEN has two sinks, plenty of refrigeration, two hobs, and two ovens, so multiple people can cook at the same time. Additionally includes serve wear, mugs, utensils, cutlery, and a microwave, toaster, and kettle. In the south-facing front GARDEN there are magnificent views over the bay all the way to Devon. It is an excellent space to unwind in the evening watching the sunset. There are folding chairs provided to enjoy this space and the front garden includes covered bike storage and a dedicated recycling area with easy access to the street.

THE ROOMS - Each room is accompanied by its ensuite and has been tailored to be warm and comfortable. There is a focus on offering a desk and creative area to create a quality working-from-home space, benefiting from the business-grade broadband being super fast. USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the bed and the rooms have been designed to offer plenty of storage.

ENSUITE ROOM 1 – 750ppm - Ground floor front, (5.5 x 4m) has a an enormous bay window facing the sea with a window seat and full height lined curtains. It features a double bed, open wardrobe, desk, large antique sideboard and fitted shelving.

ENSUITE ROOM 2 – 750 ppm - (6m x 4m) Ground floor back, has a large window and full height lined curtains. It features a double bed, open wardrobe, large desk, fitted shelving and tv unit.

ENSUITE ROOM 3 – 800ppm (6 x 4.5m) Middle floor front, has 2 large windows facing the sea and lined curtains. It features a double bed, large 3 seater sofa, wardrobe, desk, loads of storage and fitted shelving. It has one large open wall perfectly suited to installing a projector with up a 150 inch screen size.

ENSUITE ROOM 4 – 600ppm (4m x 4m) Middle floor middle, has a window and lined curtains. It features a double bed, wardrobe, desk, fitted shelving and tv unit.

ENSUITE ROOM 5 – 750ppm (7.5m x 4m) Middle floor back, has a window and full height lined curtains. It features a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, large shelving and tv unit. The bathroom includes a separate shower room and has a Bath.

LOCATION, TRANSPORT & PARKING It is located on Oaklands Terrace, a quiet cul de sac just 5 minutes walk to the Kingsway with many takeaways within 2 minutes and a CO-OP market 2 minutes away. Covered Bike storage is included. The property is very central so a quick walk to the Kingsway and the City Center. 3 hours of parking are offered to visitors between 8am and 6pm, further visitors parking can be arrange with the council. Resident's parking permits are available on request for parking on the road outside.
