Looking for a flatmate - 2 bed flat in Brynmill

Looking for a new flatmate in 2 bed flat in Brynmill. I've been living here since March 2025 and my flatmate has recently moved out. I like the flat & would ideally like to continue living here if I can find someone suitable!

The flat is an end-terrace first & second floor flat, located in central Brynmill above a coffee shop and a seperate single flat. Nearby are shops, parks, a launderette and cafes.

On the first floor there's the kitchen, bathroom, 1st bedroom and living room. Then upstairs on the second floor is the room to rent which is a large double. Please note that this room will be unfurnished (i. e. no bed).

The flat was unfurnished when moving in but I have a decent amount of furniture so I've tried to make it as cosy and homely as I can. In the living room there's a few bookshelves, a sofa & 2 chairs, a TV, coffee table, and a desk with my PC. Oh and a nice window area which is where most of my houseplants live :)

There are electric heaters attached to the wall in each room. Sadly no garden space although the nearest parks are only a couple of minutes away. No washing machine but there's a launderette 30 seconds away.

Bills work out at around £160pcm, so £80 each. Rough total monthly costs are: Water - 40, Electric - 90, Wifi - 30. Rent + bills = £480pcm total.

Council tax band B - as I'm a student I'm exempt but this means if you're working you can get it discounted as the sole payer.

A bit about myself: I'm 26 and currently studying an MA in Photography, whilst also working a cleaning job in the mornings. I've lived in Swansea all my life, and previously studied an art foundation and a photography degree. I enjoy listening to music, watching films, going to gigs, and going to the park.

Ideally looking for someone friendly and willing to help keep shared areas clean/tidy. I'm quite reserved anyway so no pressure to socialise if you prefer to keep to yourself!
