I'm looking for two friendly, tidy and reliable housemates to join me in a lovely 3-bedroom house from September and October.

📅 Availability: One room potentially available from September, with a second room available from October. Please message me if you're interested and we can discuss dates.

💰 Security deposit: £500 (equivalent to one month's rent), payable before moving in.

I've lived here since 2021 and really enjoy living here. I'm a full-time Dental Hygiene & Therapy student and have two friendly cats, so you'll need to be happy living with pets.

The house has:
🛏️ Furnished bedrooms (bed, wardrobe and drawers)
🛋️ Spacious living room with sofa and dining table
🍽️ Good-sized kitchen with plenty of storage
🌿 Large enclosed back garden, great for relaxing or parking

💷 Rent is £500 per month, which includes:
Gas & electricity
Water
Wi-Fi
Council tax (if applicable)

I'm looking for people who are:
Clean and respectful of shared spaces
Good at communicating
Reliable with rent and bills
Looking for a calm, friendly home rather than a party house.

The current housemates are still living here, so viewings will be arranged around them.
