Lovely furnished double room in modern house

We are four friendly and sociable post graduate students at Swansea University looking for a friendly, tidy and considerate housemate. We have lived in the house for the last 2 years, it was completely refurbished before we moved in. One of our housemates is moving out for the next academic year, so are looking for someone to replace her!

The house was brand new when we moved in, so all in good condition. We have a large kitchen with a dining table, a separate lounge (with virgin Tv and broadband internet), 2 bathrooms/shower-rooms, utility area with washing machine, nice garden with decking area. Lots of on-street parking outside available.

The room itself is a good size double, with desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The room is available from august 1st 2013, with the option of just paying half rent for august if you do not need to move in until September 2013.
