House is situated right next to Brynmill park, only 5 minutes walk from Uni. All rooms double beds, nice living room and kitchen and bathroom with shower / bath.
Rent is 300 per month to be paid in 3 termly instalments of £900, Summer retainer 300 and deposit 300
4 guys currently ready to move in, but one of our flatmates dropped out so in a pickle atm. All 4 are current Swansea University students, all male but looking for any housemates. No problems with anyone as we are easy to get along with. 3 Economics / Business students and 1 Engineer
