This will suit somebody who has respect for their surroundings and those they share it with. Whist we all have active social lives and regularly enjoy a drink, this is NOT a party house.
If you are reasonably sociable, but also enjoy and appreciate your own space and privacy, this IS for you.

If you have a regular partner that you see and would like them to stay over, that is absolutely fine, up to a couple of nights a week/weekend.


We have dogs, however you don't have to be an animal lover to live here, as they don’t have the run of the house, but not suitable if you have a pet allergy.

Smoking is permitted in the back garden only.

We're just 15 minuets from the city centre, DVLA, Singleton Hospital, Morriston Hospital and the SA1 complex and in walking distance of the Liberty Stadium, plus we are very well served by public transport and conveniently close to the M4. A taxi into town is about a fiver.

The area is nice and safe, predominantly family orientated and there is plenty of street parking available.
