Two professions living in a 4 bedroom house in Brynhyfryd Swansea. Working full time as well as being students. Female 22 and Male 30 on the same degree course in university, due to our third house mate falling pregnant she is moving out of the property at the beginning of May. We are looking for someone that is likeminded, enjoys socialising, is trustworthy, tidy and has a good sense of humour. The house is already fully furnished with washing machine, tumble drier, sky and internet included in the bills. The double bedroom that is becoming available is of a nice size and has two fitted wardrobes with good storage, but otherwise is not furnished. Newly refurbished house, which is lovely and worth coming to view if interested. Small garden at the rear of the house and parking available around the side, amenities close by.
