Hi I am looking to find someone to fill my room in Swansea for the next academic year (2014-2015) the house is available immediately. The address of the house is 32 Park Place Brynmill SA2 0DH. The House is shared with 3 lovely, easy-going, clean ladies aged 20, 21 and 23, all 3 are 3rd years with 2 studying Biology and one studying Criminology. The fully furnished double room is the largest in the house. There is just a 5 minute walk through Singleton park to get to the main University campus and a bus stop right outside which is convenient for getting into town. The house is spotless and has everything you could ever need including a washing machine, tumble dryer, all kitchen and cleaning appliances and wireless internet is available. Communal areas include a front and back garden, large shared bathroom and a sitting room with flatscreen TV. The rent is very cheap (landlady is related to one of the housemates) at £245 per month or £61. 25 per week, including water rates.
