Furnished room in quiet working household

I have a single empty room in my home which is in a quiet area in St Thomas, convenient to the city centre, the Stadium and the M4. Shops are within walking distance.
We have a well equipped kitchen, and shared dining room, bathroom and separate shower room, and a small garden and patio up steep steps at the back.
The room has a double bed (this can can be changed to a single bed if you wish) drawer unit and single wardrobe Previous housemates have stayed for quite a long time.
The house is quiet and in a quiet area , surrounding houses are mainly families. I have two sons and grandchildren who live close by.
It is a non smoking household and there are no pets
