Furnished room in quiet working household

I am a professional florist with grown-up children and grandchildren living locally. I rent out two rooms in my home in St Thomas, which is particularly convenient for the City Centre, the Stadium and the M4.

We have a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate shower room, and a small garden and patio up steep steps at the back.

Both rooms are light and airy, well furnished including double beds and I can provide or remove anything as you wish. Room 1 (available Feb 12th) is much larger, with more furniture including a small sofa and a large desk. Room 2 (available Feb 7th) is considerably smaller but has been very popular, with previous housemates staying quite long-term. The double bed can be swapped for a single to make more space.

I like housemates who help out with the general cleaning as well as tidying up after themselves, and respect other people's space. I have one cat, so cat lovers are preferred! DSS is no problem if you can afford the rent. All bills are included.
