My property is mid terrace, the room available has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp, also a computer desk and chair.
There is ample shelving and the door has its own lock, keys provided.
There is only street parking for cars and a bus stop to town is only three doors away, there are local shops five minutes walk away.
I am looking for either a mature student or professional person who will have the run of my house with no bills to consider other than the rent.
Wifi Broadband unlimited is available.
