Uplands, Swansea 1 bedroom and 1 months free rent

The room I have available is in Uplands right next to Llyods bank. It is £299 a month excluding bills (although the landlord does contribute to bills if the house is kept clean and in good order) and the contract is until June 2015.

The room has a double bed and is very spacious. The house has 2 showers and 3 toilets. It is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Kitchen is equipped with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 sinks and plenty of cupboards. It also has a lounge and a small garden.

The house is occupied by 6 people currently including me, although I am the one wanted to move out as I no longer require the room. The people living there are all friendly and easy to get along with. The landlord and house manager are very nice and always available if we have any problems.

I have paid Octobers rent and would be willing for someone to take over the room now and they would have the room near enough a months rent free.
