I am a (female) writer and postgraduate student in a comfortable, pretty, friendly and well-kept house seeking new lodgers for the new year.

We have two well-sized bedrooms available from Janauary 5th. Each has a double bed, desk and storage. There is also a shared bathroom, second toilet and a large kitchen/dining room, living room and other common spaces, garden, lots of books and art.

Close to Uplands shops, restaurants and bars. Walking distance from Swansea University and Singleton Park. 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min into town.

Bills split between 2 / 3 people.

Council tax and WIFI included in the rent.

One month's deposit.

Available immediately for short, medium or long term.
